„Hot peppers”
I present you my next artwork which belongs to the series „Woman and fruits”. You see two women in Rubens' style who are coming out from the peppers. I combined here crayons fineliners and Conte crayons. I started to learn how to use Contes in that week because I haven't drawn nothing by means of that tool yet. What I learnt about that tool till now? They are similar to oil pastels but Contes are herder and contain more oil. I recommend to combine them with charcoal. Don't forget about paper you use. It can't be smooth and paper weight should be 160 and more. Paper's colour is also important if you want to draw something of acceptable quality. Choose grey, black or colourful paper. Contes are less powdery than charcoal so it is easy to put one layer on the another. Traces which are visible after using Contes are more subtle than the ones after using charcoal so you can modify easily all what you draw. In order to do that you should use thick and thin part of the crayon (figures you see were drawn in that way)
